Welcome to Luxe Salon + Spa at The Adelphi Hotel Luxe is where beauty, wellness, and luxury come together nestled inside the historic Adelphi Hotel, Luxe Salon & Spa is a boutique spa designed to provide personalized, one-on-one treatments in a peaceful setting. Because of our intimate space, we do not have a dedicated relaxation lounge. Following your treatment, you are invited to enjoy our complimentary infrared sauna. Please note that the sauna is located in the men’s and women’s locker rooms within the fitness center and is not physically connected to the spa. Whether you’re here for a glow-boosting facial, a fresh cut and color, extensions or a customized massage or head spa, Luxe offers a modern, personalized approach to looking and feeling your best. Our team of experienced professionals is committed to delivering results driven treatments in a serene, high-end environment designed to help you unwind, recharge, and radiate confidence. We are open Sundays and Mondays by appointment only. No walk-ins, please. All visits must be scheduled in advance. CANCELLATION POLICY
Luxe Med Spa Cancellation Policy At Luxe Med Spa, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience possible. To ensure fairness to all clients and our staff, we have established the following cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result a 50% fee or forfeiture of the deposit, if applicable. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Late Arrivals • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling, with applicable fees. Emergency & Special Circumstances • We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Deposit & Prepaid Services • Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled outside of the policy terms. • Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable but can be rescheduled according to this policy.
