CANCELLATION POLICY
Luxe Med Spa Cancellation Policy At Luxe Med Spa, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience possible. To ensure fairness to all clients and our staff, we have established the following cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result a 50% fee or forfeiture of the deposit, if applicable. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Late Arrivals • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling, with applicable fees. Emergency & Special Circumstances • We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Deposit & Prepaid Services • Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled outside of the policy terms. • Prepaid packages and memberships are non-refundable but can be rescheduled according to this policy.
